Services Policy

As part of our services, you must be prepared to book within a reasonable time frame when purchasing a Service.

When arranging a booking for your pre-paid service please respond in a timely manner or risk missing availability as Trina cannot hold your booking without confirmation.

If Trina is unable to make contact with you to establish an appointment within 2 weeks of your purchase your purchase will be refunded, please ensure all contact information is provided correctly upon checkout to avoid this.

Trina reserves the right to refund you if contact cannot be made or your enquiry does not meet Trina's standards of practice.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide 24 hours notice if needing to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

No notice of cancellation/reschedule within notice period risks forfeiting cost of service.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of services you cannot request a refund after your reading has been conducted.

For purchases including books and cd's we adhere to Australian Government regulation and can provide change of mind credit within 7 days of purchase for use on any product or service provided by Trina Brown.

Please be aware all return postage is at your expense and a refund will be issued after receipt of returned good so please consider tracking to avoid any parcel loss issue.
